Recentemente ho ricevuto una lettera da Heimstaden che informava dei costi aggiuntivi di riscaldamento per il periodo 16.09-31.12.
Si afferma che i miei costi di riscaldamento sono 811% volte superiori ai costi di riscaldamento di un utente medio. Non ho mai riscontrato una situazione del genere prima e quindi sono completamente sconcertato. Non sono nemmeno sicuro che sia possibile, dato che non usiamo molto il riscaldamento.
Qualsiasi intuizione su questo argomento sarebbe apprezzata! Allegare immagini per riferimento.

no wonder, the counter is literaly 10x bigger than it should have been. did you read the electricity counter when you moved in a year ago? were they documented somewhere? and who read out the counter recently? maybe they read out the wrong counter? or maybe someone is stealing your power?
My parents live in 100 m² Altbau and use about 18000 kWh in a year. In my old 55 m² apartment I think I used about 7000 kwh. Both use Gas.
So I have no idea how an average user could live on the posted 1730 kwh.
Thats sounds more like the average use of electricity.
Do you have central heating or individual gas or electric heaters? Are there meters that you can check?
