Diciamo che non voglio impugnare una pistola o togliere la vita alle persone a causa della mia convinzione (convinzione). Quindi secondo questa legge posso fare altri servizi obbligatori? Ma in realtà non posso. Qualcuno può aiutarmi con questo?

Well… in theory you can join the alternative service. In reality you either need to seriously prove that you have really strong beliefs, or probably should be a government family member or whatever.
I think, you need to prove that you are religious person such as Jehovah witness and other cults who forbid military participation. Best way to prove it is to talk to a pastor from church to send evidences such as letters proving you are indeed a person of certain beliefs and thus cannot be an ordinary soldier
