Ciao! ci sto pensando costituzione di società in svizzera e vorrei qualche consiglio.
Da un lato offre stabilità, tasse basse in alcuni cantoni (ad esempio Zugo) e prestigio. D’altro canto, offre un processo complesso, requisiti per un direttore residente e costi operativi più elevati.
Ho ricercato le informazioni e ho visto che il processo, dalla scelta di una GmbH alla registrazione, è abbastanza strutturato, ma richiede una perfetta conoscenza delle normative locali.

why not just register it in your country?
Why would you think about it?
Either you have a revenue generating business or funded startup and a clear need, or you don’t.
What’s the purpose of this legal entity for you?
It doesn’t make any sense to open it here if you live somewhere else. It will be expensive and it wouldn’t bring you any benefits.
