Ho appena iniziato a usare il riscaldatore e ho notato che non si scalda mai, poi ho scoperto che alla manovella manca un pezzo al centro.. Quindi ogni volta in realtà non si accende nulla.
Era così quando mi sono trasferito, non so come il ragazzo precedente non abbia rivelato nulla (che è stato un mio errore per non aver controllato). Apparentemente questo è facilmente rilevabile da sostituire. Prima che mi venga notificato questo problema, qualcuno sa come si chiama effettivamente questa cosa

The crank thingy is called a Heizungsthermostat or Thermostatkopf.
How do you know it’s missing a piece? Did you take it off?
Tbh I have no idea if there is a piece missing. It doesn’t really look like it. Have you tried screwing it off and checked if the little pin is stuck? That’s the problem most of the time when the heater was cold before that.
Turn the knob to 5, screw it off and see if you can press in the little pin. If you can’t then tap it gently a few times until it releases. Alternatively pull (very carefully, only a few mm!) it with thongs. When its lose again screw the knob back on (leavon 5 for that, it’s easier)
If that doesn’t work ask your landlord/ just get a new knob they are cheap.

Is it warm? Maybe you need to entlüften your radiators.
The plastic piece is not important for the thermostat to work. Most likely the valve pin is stuck. Unscrew the thermostat by turning the large metal ring. There’s a pin below. Make sure it can be pushed in and comes out when releases. If it is stuck, carefully move it a little with a pair of pliers. If that still doesn’t work inform your landlord.
