That is old – the bottom says “Ein Tausend Sieben Hundert Acht Und Neunzig [I’m only 85 percent confident on the last one]”, meaning “one thousand seven hundred eight and [probably] ninety”, meaning 17[9]8″.
Someone named Georg Paulus Vogt was a brewer in Markt Allersberg. It refers to him as a journeyman, and it has to do with the local crafting guild. Might possibly be a patent for him becoming a Master in the craft.
The problem is that most of the document is written in Kurrent (and because someone is probably going to tell you that – no, it’s not Sütterlin. Sütterlin is more than a century later). It’s fairly regular because it’s presumably a trained scribe writing, but you’ll still need a better picture, and you should post to /r/kurrent.
It’s about brewing beer, as the [crest](https://www.beowein.de/wp-content/uploads/files/3/6/3610_apoldaer_domi_2023_fl-1024×1024.gif) also shows.
