Salve, ho ricevuto posta da Universum Inkasso riguardo ad alcuni debiti con DB. Ma ancora non ho capito cosa devo loro esattamente e perché. Compro correttamente tutti i biglietti del treno e pago regolarmente il biglietto D. Dovrei oppormi a loro o è davvero giustificato? Grazie

Without knowing the context its hard to tell. Have you ever been caught in a DB without having a valid ticket with you?
Did you get such a letter earlier already or is it the first one?
E: OTOH it says “Kaufvertrag” so is there a chance that you bought a ticket but did not get properly charged for some reason?
Well, you did buy some form of ticket for 39,90€ (and didn’t pay). That’s too cheap for a Deutschlandticket, a Probebahncard 25 for first class is however 39,90€.
In any case, you will have some form of correspondence from them via mail/email.
Do you have a DB bahncard? They probably tried to ping money from your account for it but it failed for some reason
It doesn’t say the reason why, just the amount and that it was communicated to you prior as well
