Its a data center, I am not that positief they use a lot of cooling and electrical power. And I expect that the leaner Armenian inviromental laws has something to do with the wish to build it in Armenia.

In reality I remember Rev said that it was Pashinyan that told Jehnson to invest in Armenia when they met a few years back and Jehnson didn’t rule it out. So in that regards, it was Pashinyan that jump started it, and a diaspora startup that snatched the opportunity. Sorry but the title misleading, not necessarily false.

100MW is huge, anyone knows how big the facility (or facilities) is going to be in m²? in comparison: **NTT Frankfurt 1** is over 52,200m² (almost 2x the size of republic square) and uses 80MW. Or the Nvidia chips are very energy consuming compare to traditional data centers?
