    Vivevo in cella qualche anno fa. Prima compravo cose da kleinanzeigen, ma ora dopo 4 anni ci ho riprovato. ho acquistato la scheda video RTX 5070 e ho ottenuto questa. Cosa posso fare adesso? ho pagato con bonifico bancario.

      First file a report (Anzeige) at the police station. Then write off your money.

      Go to the police. Did you send the payment to a German bank account? Please tell me it was German.

      Now its what we Germans Call „PATT SITUATION“. I cant get Ur Money back unless he will sent it too u. If u write it Kleinanzeigen he can say that u want too scam him. And thats the other think we Call „Lehrgeld“. Dont make Deals with high prices on Bank Transfer use Paypal with Waren und Dienstleistungen.

      Two steps.

      1: File a police report

      2: Don’t buy stuff on Kleinanzeigen unless you can locally pick it up.

      If things happen just as you state it then that’s a fraud. But it will be very mandatory to know how exactly the notice was written

      You can go to the police and file a report for fraud. The bank transfer is linked to a person who had to use his or her ID to open the account.

      You can also sue the person. But this would be most likely not economical as the person is probably judgement proof.
      Most likely it is a money mule who doesn’t have anything that is worth taking

      You got scammed, only ever pay with PayPal (NOT friends and family).

      Legally you got scammed and would have the appropriate measures at your disposal.

      Go to the police and fine a report, sue the person (most likely “unknown”) for breach of contract to try and get your money back.

      However, if the scammer is not a complete idiot, you never got his real information or account. And if he is, then he most likely has nothing left for you to get by dragging him to court.

      A bank transfer can not be reversed, the money is gone. Most likely to a mule-account, someone who did not even know what was going on, and has since been moved already. Hard to track and very slim chances of success.

      In short: enjoy your Knoppers, it better be the best you ever had

      I mean you can prove it wasn’t a graphics card, the package with packaging couldn’t weigh more than a graphics card with just this content.

      You can file a police report online, you don’t need to be here

      Do you have any number to track the delivery with? Maybe the weight so you can prove there was never a graphic card to begin with.
