L’uomo sconosciuto, di circa 25 anni, alto 180 cm, di aspetto africano nero, viso rotondo, capelli corti e ricci neri, era vestito completamente di nero, indossava una giacca nera, cappuccio o berretto nero e pantaloni neri.
Il reato è avvenuto a Oekolampadmatte, Basilea.

My friend was exposed to while leaving her home and she immediately called me. She didn’t want to bother with contacting the Basel police and I can fully understand it as they will sometimes treat you suspiciously. I encouraged her to anyway since she was newly living alone & it is always best to do.
A few months later she gets asked to be a witness in court because apparently this guy wasn’t just a flasher, he had actually raped several women and her report that day is what got him finally caught.
