La settimana scorsa sono andata a Colonia e per la prima volta nella mia vita ho mangiato la mia prima torta di ciliegie e me ne sono subito innamorata. Quando sono tornata a Monaco ho provato a cercare un’altra torta di ciliegie ma nessuno la vendeva (almeno non nelle 10 panetterie in cui ero entrata)
Per favore dimmi se posso prenderne un altro qui a München🥲 (Le prime tre foto sono torte con elementi di ciliegie che ho mangiato a Colonia, l’ultima è una himbereenkuchen di Monaco. È anche deliziosa ma la roba alle ciliegie mi perseguita..)

Lecker! Where in Köln did you get it? Unfortunately the cake selection is regionally different, but maybe I can give some tips when I know the cafe 🙂

Well, I have seen similar cakes to the first one, often with strawberries or raspberries but not with cherries and to me personally is more of a summer cake. … the second one looks a lot like a Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte which you should be able to get your hands on in Munich. The third one might be a Kirschrorte mit Baiserhaube.
Maybe also try looking up Konditoreien more than bakeries, or cafes known for their selection of Kuchen/Torten? Fingers crossed that you find what you are looking for.
