What is your current status? Are you refugee with Asylum or do you have a visa (as non EU-citizen)?
If you have a Schengen-Visa you can enter the Switzerland without additional Swiss visa and usually also may return to Germany.
As a refugee it depends on your title. Sometimes even travelling inside EU can cause issues upon return to Germany.
