Ci siamo appena trasferiti in un nuovo appartamento a Monaco e il riscaldamento è spento. L’abbiamo acceso in bagno ruotando la manopola simile a quella sopra e si è riscaldato in pochi minuti, tuttavia questo nel soggiorno non funziona. Inoltre non gira nemmeno completamente, va nella direzione 1->5 e non c’è modo per me di ottenere 2 o 3. Rimane completamente freddo. Qualcuno ha idea di come risolvere questo problema?

The current state is off / don’t freeze. Try turning it anti clockwise. The grey pin indicates the level. Try to gently force it. If this does not work, you can take the thing off with some pincers. Below there will be some metal pin. Gently nudge it exactly from the top with a hammer. The pin is the valve and sometimes those get stuck
