SamsungGalaxy Tab A8
Grazie.

If it was already disfunctional all the important stuff should have long ago been backed up to another device or to some secure cloud service.
I hope you find a data recovery service that can access your device’s memory for long enough to copy things out.
Meanwhile learn the lesson for next time it happens, and keep backups of important stuff.
I would contact local data-recovery companies and see how much they charge for just getting you the data.
Looks like beyond point of repair, but maybe it’s possible. Still a chance the data is lost in the process, would rather just retrieve the data if you ask me.
Have you tried to connect it to a PC with cable and see if computer sees it as external storage? If not the recovery can be impossible or very expensive at least since the motherboard and other components might have been damaged
Should be able to recover the files. There are specialist recovery companies but they might cost quite a bit. I have used both Xcure and Ahlsell with good success.
Even resellers/operators like DNA or Elisa often have tools to recover stuff from semi-dead devices. Should be cheaper as well
Not very likely, but no one can probably tell based on the images alone. Just find a data recovery service and ask them
Some companies/persons can perform miracles, but how much will it cost and where to find such a miracle worker is a completely different matter. Much depends on how bad the damage actually is.
Quick googling found two hits instantly HammarData and Ahlberg Data Oy. Both mentions working on all kinds of media/data recovery.
No, but you’ll learn a life lesson for sure!
