Yes, but the Biden administration, apart from providing support, did nothing to resolve the war in Ukraine. Of course, they provided weapons, but only to prevent Ukraine from collapsing. They could have ignored all of Putin’s red lines at the beginning of the war and ended the conflict.

Her campaign staff asked her to mention the Polish-American community when it became evident that they could sway the election as Pennsylvania was a crucial battleground during the tight election. Most Polish-Americans aren’t dumb, contrary to what Polack Jokes might have led some to believe, and they didn’t fall for cheap political pandering.
Furthermore it was Obama’s reset with Russia that later enabled the latter to be more assertive in the region. Obama cancelled the plans for Patriot missiles to be stationed in Poland which disappointed many Poles at the time.
