I know the situation is preaty fucked but for some you just got to Gdańsk in this weather with 40 minuts delay (I was supose to ride 1.45 hour) the worst part were the people in my train anything other? Could be worse

Events like that happen 1-2 times per year max. It doesn’t make sense to employ more people just to handle it. What will all the extra employees do during the rest of the year? They’re doing everything they can with the resources they have.
