Being on the verge of war with two biggest nuclear countries? Well, maybe it is a time to consider it….

  2. Maybe it’s time to upgrade from a loose bunch of states to a proper federal European government.

Maybe it’s time to ditch the inter-governmental model and (especially this) the “gentleman’s agreement” to look for unanimity/the broadest majority possible, even if it makes every decision watered down and reduces the capability to take decisions quickly?

It doesn’t work anymore. Get over it and reform to a system which doesn’t require everyone and their mother to agree to the last dot and comma.

And yes, we need a joint European command structure. Led by countries which will publicly commit to defend all of Europe – without “I will pay/offer logistics etc. but I won’t send soldiers” like we see from some countries.

Yes. Proper fully fledged eu-wide, independent army, navy, airforce.

Let’s see some hard power already
