Ask them to stop attacking in Ukraine and move out

Yeah, the pope seems to be on our side. Not 100% on his assistant though

Pope is a good man at least as far as Popes go but direct appeals to Putin’s better nature aren’t going to work…he doesn’t have a better nature.

Unfortunately, only 0.1% of Russians are Catholic.
Fully 41% of the Russian population is Russian Orthodox.
What is the Russian Orthodox church saying?
The leader is Patriarch Kirill of Moscow. He says Putin’s rule is “a miracle of God” and lauded Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as a just battle against the “forces of evil,” calling it a “Holy War.”
The Church issued an official position statement that “the entire territory of modern Ukraine should enter Russia’s exclusive zone of influence. The possibility of a political regime hostile to Russia and its people existing on this territory must be completely excluded.”
That is what Russians are hearing from their religious leaders, in their sermons, and in church discussions.
Even their church is sending them to an early grave to fight this “holy war.”
