Ciao, per favore mi chiedo da quando mi sono trasferito in questo appartamento, che temperatura imposto quando cuocio in forno. La ruota della temperatura non è chiara. La temperatura è impostata quando la lancetta punta sul punto tra due temperature o sul numero della temperatura?? Nelle foto, per favore dimmi quale posizione è 200°C. Grazie 😁!

200 is where you have it righ now on first picture.
Number is relevant. Not dots around.
Temperature is set on numbers, dots act like numbers in between (for example 200 – 225 – 250) since there is not much space.
Personal recommendation: buy an oven thermometer. The dial is not accurate.
I agree with others, set it to the number. But I would use a thermometer to be sure.
