I am not surprised the idea of getting it from her was a part of the reason Trump went after maduro. But now that he has one in his possession, does it mean he feels embolden to continue with his less than peaceful antics?

She cheered on the extra judicial murder of Venezuelans in boats, the bombing of her country and illegal kidnapping of a sitting president. She has openly encouraged Western financial interests to come take venezuelan resources at the cost of the Venezuelan population. The Nobel peace committee did nothing admirable here.

Uh, no, Norway did not do their job. They gave the prize to a person who didn’t really deserve it. There were far better people who would of made great Nobel peace prize winners. There were other candidates who would be excellent picks. Venezuelan political democracy isn’t really a top concern compared to there pressing issues. If anything the best category Norway could’ve awarded in would regard support and aid to Palestine. Rewarding someone who dedicated their lives to stand up for Palestine is a better pick. What is a more pressing peace isse, Palestine-Gaza or Venezuela? I think you know which one is a higher priority when the award was granted. It doesn’t help that they picked someone who is very sympathetic to Trump, she would live to be his puppet. Norway awarded the Nobel peace prize to a fascist puppet wannabe.

Trump is a man of theatre, he became famous from a reality TV show. I don’t know why people put so much emphasis on the whole Nobel thing and think that he decides foreign policy solely to get a Nobel Prize. It’s all a show. Don’t fall for the distraction, Trump’s strategy is to flood the zone with tons of outrageous distractions that you miss the bigger picture.
The whole Nobel thing has become a way of kissing the ring to the United States. Corina Machado is basically kissing the ring. It was the same when Pakistan nominated Trump for Nobel Peace Prize. Remember, the US has completely cast away the notion of soft power and is now flexing its hard power, as demonstrated in Venezuela. Kissing the ring served as a symbol of allegiance.
