That one military officer we sent has got a lot to answer for!

  2. A_Pointy_Rock on

*Plans* to hit the UK, Denmark, and others with tariffs.

    *Actually* hits Americans with tariffs.

  3. OneNormalBloke on

Time to stand up to orange megalomaniac and be counted.

  4. real_priception on

Do you think this would get Starmer off the fence and actually pick a side?!

  5. AbbreviationsHot7662 on

It was gonna happen sooner or later so whatever. Fuck it and fuck him. Might as well send another 5 soldiers up there.

  6. I have this horrible feeling that Trump will get what he wants and annex Greenland, and none of the European countries will do anything about it.

  7. External_Spite_7079 on

I’m so bored of this guy, can something give already. How are Americans so complacent with everything Trump is and how he is destroying any goodwill and relations they had worldwide. 10 years of this BS and it just keeps getting worse.

  8. shagwana on

There is little point in trying to play fair with him, he changes his mind and makes new rules up when ever he wants depending on the colour of his underpants. He is unreliable and not to be trusted.

To that end, our biggest market is that of the EU, lets get back in and do it proper. None of this half in half out nonsense.

  9. Zealousideal-Cry0 on

Fuck em, we need better partners, may I suggest the EU for a start? As citizens the best we can do is avoid American goods and services wherever we can, though I suspect for most of us there is little more toxic to us as consumers than the words ‘American Made’ already..

  10. Historical_Owl_1635 on

It’s real shame Trump is in a position to make pretty much everyone in the world’s lives more difficult to get his way.

I know the dream is to become less dependent on the US, but we do unfortunately have to accept that will be a painful process that will cause a lot of suffering too, especially if we try to do it quickly.

  11. New_7688 on

So Starmer bent over backwards to appease Trump and we get slapped with tariffs anyway?

  12. ihatethisplacepoop on

I’m so tired boss. I’m so tired of hearing about America

  13. pr1vatepiles on

Ah so this week it’s tariffs again? Man he needs a new playbook.

  14. toprodtom on

At the mercy of the Pedo-In-Chief’s weekly toddle style temper tantrum.

Never know. Might have a bigger stroke soon

  15. Right_Impact_5836 on

At what point should we just boycott American products.
Who else is getting sick and tired of this orange faced pdf file

  16. bananatoastie on

    🤷‍♂️

Can we see the full & uncensored Epstein files, yet?

  17. Sleebling_33 on

TACO – Trump Always Chickens Out.

These Tariffs will be gone by Tuesday.

  18. Intelligent-Ad5258 on

Oh so what may get to see less of those American sweet shops which are shite

  19. ash_ninetyone on

Donald Trump has no diplomatic acumen.

    Venezuela is an own goal

    Greenland is an own goal

The US needs to get rid of this tumour because he will isolate the US. He’s actively doing so from Europe, which will benefit only Russia.

But hey. Sure glad we gave Palantir a military contract 🤦‍♂️

  20. Accepting that he (DT) changes his policies fairly regularly…

It will be interesting to see how this plays out with the electorate, unlike some of his other “policies”, this is not popular even with Republicans.

In the meantime, now is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with the EU, there is now nothing to lose.

  21. mikeyyyy_ on

Tariffs every day ending with a Y. Who gives a fuck what the sweaty orange pedo says?

  22. Considering Starmer’s words as of recent, I wonder if at some point he & his government are just going to say ‘Sod it’ & go full on with going back towards europe.

  23. ambientfruit on

And this is what we get for palling about with America instead of being part of Europe. Now we have no neighbourhood friends and our overseas friend just dumped us.

  24. Agreeable_Falcon1044 on

Not a problem. Tariffs are paid by the USA consumer not us, so let them pay far higher prices for the stuff they buy from us.

  25. terrorsofthevoid on

Atleast we’re not getting chlorinated chicken in the UK.

  26. Shockwavepulsar on

Where’s this Supreme Court decision? It was supposed to come last Friday and it was likely it was going to say Trump can’t set tariffs without Congress anymore.

  27. conrat4567 on

What do we actually export en-masse to the US anyway?

I cant think of the last time I bought anything from there except from ebay.

  28. Hurri-Kane93 on

    In words of Jeremy Clarkson

    “Oh no… anyway”

Hope the rednecks who voted for this orange clown are enjoying paying more for basic necessities

  29. LastXmasIGaveYouHSV on

Time for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, Netherlands, and Finland to make trade deals with new partners. Hello Canada, hello China.

  30. ProfessionalAide5723 on

he will isolate america from the rest of the world. If the people let that happen then so be it. It will become another north korea.

  31. Good.

We cannot defend his impulses or behaviour. We just need to weather this. It’ll be a shame to have exporters reduce what they send over there but, hey, at least it isn’t us actually paying. Fuck ‘em.

  32. Technical_Ad_440 on

do we even get stuff from US? most stuff US makes is just outside the US anyways and most have secondary EU factories for the EU anyways

  33. Additional_Pickle_59 on

“if you don’t let me take Greenland I’ll tax my own people more!”

    Yeh ok

  34. winguardianleveyosa on

Its time to make a stand.

Anytime the orange one isn’t getting his own way he’ll just impose more tariffs.. where does that end?

What do we give away until we can’t anymore.

  35. HobNob_Pack on

Oh nooo but I want to buy chicken thats been rinsed with bleach and 893740 chemicals added!

Is he really as dumb as he looks

  36. BroodLord1962 on

It really is time the whole of Europe pushed back hard on the US.

  37. Fantastic_Sympathy85 on

but also, begging us to take your shitty chlorinated chicken

  38. Big-Panda-440 on

Omg come on USA guys please tell me u seen u have putin 2.0

  39. Necessary-Product361 on

Wow, who would have thought Starmer’s plan of sucking up to Trump at every opportunity would fail? Trump is a mad man who only respects power, we should be standing up to him alongside Canada and Europe, not letting him hit us with Tariffs and smiling and talking about our special relationship as he does it

  40. Yorkshire_Lass64 on

So he spat his dummy out and threw all of his toys out of his pram. There’s a surprise.

  41. Informal-Issue-2333 on

Trouble is the government are too afraid of how the countries numbers will look in reports later in the year as a result. WE DO NOT GIVE A SHIT. We can’not let trump do this type of crap and get away with threatening us. Take a stand and tell him out right its not fucking acceptable.

WE DO NOT CARE IF THINGS COST MORE AS A RESULT. HAVE SOME GOD DAMNED PRINCIPLES.

  42. LondonEntUK on

If you don’t comply I’m going to tax Americans even more

  43. Luke_4686 on

So be it. He’s hit countries with Tarrifs and chickened out loads of times over the last 12 months. Hit him back and he’ll probably blink. Greenland’s sovereignty is worth this.

  44. Pacifica47 on

as long as people believe that strenght is hitting other aggressivley and not being empathic, having dignity and being righteous…. things won’t change…
It is like saying: The bully on the schoolyard is right, he has good arguments (his fists), so fuck those weak dumb kids, they earned what they got.

I am so tired of this orange moron…

  45. RobMitte on

It was only a matter of time.

The UK is so weak for licking the boot of the US.
