      It’s always the logistics that interest me.
      Completely distracted during game of thrones I was, wondering how kalesi was feeding and watering all these endlessly marching soldiers of hers

      Might be more Swiss than usual, but yes, anti-WEF protests are as old as WEF.

      And pics are from Zürich and was a protest against Trump at WEF (I am sure joined by other activists, I see Schwarzer Block).

      That’s Zurich though, no? Not Davos.
      Protests took place in different places, this one was in Zurich and there were certainly also people from surrounding cities like Bern participating. As for whether Swiss or not, we have 30% something foreigners here anyways so probably not all Swiss.

      Davos looks like Zürich to me. But that is approx. 150km away.

      I also see Kurdish flags, a lot of them are Kurds. They are protesting because Al Jolani, a “former terrorist and current president of Syria, is attacking Kurdish areas with the help of IS fighters, and they are also freeing more IS fighters from prisons. Dark times for Europe if the Kurds fall and the terrorists want to come to Europe

      I almost only heard Swiss German, and also English sometimes. Kurdish too of course, but they are also all locals or from neighboring cantons. So I highly doubt people came here from across Europe. Didn‘t see any foreign banners besides the Kurdish ones either, only local organisations like BfS, Revolutionärer Aufbau, RJZ, Scorpio, Dem-Kurd etc.
