I would have thought that the fact it’s a rampantly megalomaniacal vanity project would be a key consideration:
* Trump is Chairman for life
* he can only be sacked by a unanimous vote of the Executive Board
* coincidentally, he has unlimited discretion to appoint and dismiss members of the Executive Board
* he gets to choose his successor
* decisions of the Board of Peace are subject to his approval.
We’ve realised that his political RAM only goes as far back as 2016, so it’s not like he’s going to remember things like Litvinenko. Even Salisbury’s a stretch.
