You think? he’s literally forking crazy… Mental health trusts receive about 13% of the NHS budget, yet mental health problems account for 23% of the total disease burden in the UK, don’t be surprised when we see something similar happening again in the future.
Care in the community needs to end. He should have already been in a secure facility.
