Isn’t this kinda to be expected? It’s nice that we have competent soldiers in the EU, but the US Army aren’t used to this terrain so it’s expected that they aren’t the best.
Merge Europe’s armies and establish the European Army. The greatest in the world.
Before the ground offensive, that same finnish trooper would be oblitarated by the mightiest Air Force in the world. So keep dreaming. Yall cant agree on trade deals, much less on joint defense. Oh and most of EU uses US weapons, so talk about spare parts, complete and full knowledge of its capabilites, additional ammo etc.
Currently you are being outpaced in weapons production by the Ruskies who are under sanctions by the whole the Western world, and you expect to compete with the US in case of war.

This is to be expected during training exercises, to an extent.
Many exercises are designed so that one side is pretty much guaranteed to lose or have a really really hard time of it.
There are lessons to be learned in this sort of thing, training against perfectly even forces or in sanitized scenarios isn’t always the most useful thing once you get to a certain level of professionalism and experience.
