Sto affittando il mio appartamento completamente arredato dal mio padrone di casa, quindi non sono sicuro di quale sia il protocollo corretto qui. Provo prima a pulirlo da solo o devo avvisare immediatamente il mio padrone di casa? Inoltre, sarà costoso risolvere questo problema e chi è tenuto a pagarlo? Sembra che sia a livello della superficie, dato che non c’è altra muffa nel mio appartamento (ho dei misuratori di umidità che sono sempre ben al di sotto del 60% e la temperatura è sempre superiore a 16 gradi, e arieggio bene anche due volte al giorno).

Try a „Schimmelentferner“ spray you can get in a Baumarkt/Drogerie and ventilate very well when using it.
To reduce the risk for mold, keep the furniture a little more away from the wall so the air can ventilate behind it.
That looks like the result of having the bed frame too close to the wall.
Just walk to your local supermarket, buy mold removal spray and spray it on (follow the directions on the bottle) and it should be gone.
In future, don’t put your bed so close to the wall, rather keep a little distance (5-10 centimeters) for air flow.

I got this from Globus. Works like magic.
Instead of spray, get some DanKlorix or a cheaper brand, and apply with a Brush. This creates less aerosol and less smell. Be careful and wear gloves in any case!
How much longer do you intent to rent the place? If it’s just a couple of years, the fix is cheap, easy and fast:

Use the mold killer as instructed, let it fully dry, spray on the impregnation solution, let it fully dry – and you won’t have to worry about mold for at least another year or two. You probably want to spray the fabric of the bedframe as well (the impregnation spray shouldn’t cause any stains).
Put some stoppers between the bedframe and the wall to leave a permanent gap for air circulation, ~5cm.
That will likely be the end of it.
If you intend to stay much longer, it’s potentially worth starting a paper trail. This looks like an outside wall with a heat bridge and is likely going to continue to cause problems – the above is merely a functional workaround.
As others have said, make sure that air can circulate behind your head board. If the problem persists, you could consider raising your room temperature by say 1C.
And make sure you do Stosslüften your bedroom twice a day in winter. (Or have an eye on air humidity in the room).

Chlore spray sure works. best to use before you go to work and come back 8 to 10 hours later. also make sure your pets (if you have any) do not get in this room meanwhile. after you can rub it of with a soft wet wipe and after that let air come in more frequently. Maister from daily living will make it come back.
