There are still a few knife makers making solid late 1800s style knives, both Sami and Norwegian ones. Thays an existing Norwegian tradition.
Okay I’m not Norwegian so I am not quite sure if you fiskeguys allow that, but I’d bet the answer is aliexpress, made by a Chinese worker at the age of 7
The things in the images don’t look especially authentic to me but it’s up to you. They’re probably made in China, so like someone else said you could just check Aliexpress
