Dato che siamo al primo posto in Europa per sovrappopolazione, non raggiungeremmo il numero massimo di cose per chilometro quadrato che stiamo cercando di ottenere?

Yes, it’s a very silly observation, but feels like that’s being highlighted in the article too, from people commenting on the statistics:
