La Spagna ha concesso RP legale a 500.000 migranti privi di documenti in una mossa coraggiosa per combattere la carenza di lavoratori e il deficit del welfare sociale. Non molto tempo fa la Spagna aveva il tasso di disoccupazione più alto prima che la Finlandia prendesse il sopravvento, la Finlandia dovrebbe cercare almeno la stessa soluzione o qualche altra soluzione?

Basically a 1 year working visa. If they find a job? Nice. If they don’t find a job? A good reason for legal deportation.
Not much point in that for Finland. Finns don´t want to hire foreigners.
