Ho un vecchio radiatore che è caldo nella parte inferiore/laterale vicino al tubo, ma freddo ovunque.
Ho provato la soluzione standard di sfiatare l’aria utilizzando una chiave del radiatore sul lato opposto, ma sto sbattendo contro un muro:
- Quando apro la valvola, sento un sibilo per circa 20-30 secondi, poi… si ferma.
- Non esce mai acqua anche se lo lascio aperto.
- Sento un rumore "acqua che scorre veloce" rumore all’interno del radiatore mentre la valvola è aperta.
- Ho provato il trucco di accendere tutti i termosifoni della casa al massimo per 30 minuti prima di ventilare, ma non è cambiato nulla.
Qualsiasi consiglio su cosa controllare dopo sarebbe molto apprezzato!

this means that your heater doesn’t have enough water pressure. go to the heating system (probably in the basement) and refill water until it reaches the regular pressure (usually 2bar but it may vary at your system)
It really sounds like the **system pressure in the building’s heating** is too low. That’s why you hear air for a bit but no water ever comes out. You can’t fix that inside your apartment – the **landlord or building technician** has to refill the heating system at the boiler.
