Il mio nuovo parcheggio ha un quadrante del riscaldatore del motore diverso da qualsiasi cosa con cui ho avuto a che fare prima (quello a destra). So come funziona quello a sinistra, ma non sono riuscito a capire questo. E non posso controllare il test del riscaldatore della cabina poiché non ne ho. qualcuno sa come impostare questo timer!

I think it is missing its faceplate.
Call the housing company. That’s is dangerous without cover plates and missing plastics on that timer also. The needs to send electrician to fix this
Yeah I think you need to file a complaint to your landlord to get it fixed.
Ps. I think this photo is enough for proof. So just send these photos and ask them to fix it.
You dont need internal heater to test it, any wall plug device willl do, like, vacuum cleaner, also why not clean your car
