A Dublin landlord who invoiced a student for using household items and hosting his girlfriend lost an RTB case and was ordered to pay €7,000. She is now challenging the decision through judicial review proceedings in the High Court.

I once found out (when I was a young lad ) I was technically a licensee, not a tenant because one of the 8 tenants was secretly a family member of the owner (his wife’s sister or something).
