It is illusion. Just polish systems to report wrecks and abandoned cars are a bad joke. So this statistic is just incorrect, as the reported value is wrong.

So last year i’ve gone back to Poland after 10 years to clear stuff with my dead Family member and jesus one block with like 4 cars pro family…. Everything was full with cars, WTF ARE YOU GUYS DOING?

It’s 2022 data.
There were a lot of “dead souls” (cars that didn’t exist anymore, but were still in the system) removed from the system in mid 2024.
Dam, and I was wondering why Poland felt cluttered. Last time I visited there were so many cars. Wish they don’t go the American way where they bulldozed cities for cars.
