The reviews of the frituurs in my village are accurate, but unfortunately 4 – 10 years out of date. My favorite frituur is by far the one where they’re super mega friendly and fast and they get a lower score for service than the frituur where they’re … silent and very slow.

Unpopular opinion: quality in most belgian frituren, really doesnt differ that much.
They are all pretty darn good.
Or im just lucky, or not picky.
But the only places i often find actually bad ones, is in very big cities like antwerp, or in very secluded area’s where there is not much competition.
But in most small to mid sized belgian cities, theres way too much competition for bad or unfriendly frituren to stick around for long.
