Also Azerbaijani in İran region is mixed thats why they dont look like dominantly Oghuz but they must have over %30+ Directly. Btw Farah Diba is mixed but carrying oghuz influences more than her husband and son and also persian carrying some oghuz influences.

The percentage doesn’t matter. His lineage is non-Azerbaijani. He isn’t Ayrum either because tribal affiliation is passed paternally.
Historically, traditionally, and religiously, you can only be Azerbaijani through your father.
