I’d say that 95% are members of the catholic church,
90% think that catholicism is like, important to humanity or to many people and approve of its existence
50% think it’s important in their lives
30% actually believe that there’s a god
50% believe that the bible is true in general (humans were made by god, the world is a gift from god, you should be good)
20% believe that the bible is true literally
Now this is of course all coming out of my ass, when I simply meet people. I like arguing religion with people, and I don’t think I’ve met any non-priest person who could actually explain to me what Transsubstantiation is and that’s literally one of the most important things that makes you a catholic.

American “far” or right in general is far from Catholicism. I’m quite sure they don’t even realize that Poland isn’t protestant, baptist or whatever they believe in.

But you know that not so long ago the Protestant mainstream didn’t recognize Poles as white people, right? Even today, among more conservative Protestants there is significant prejudice against Catholicism and a tendency to view it as something un-American, „different”. If there are any Americans who praise Poland for its Catholicism, they’re probably just isolated individuals.
