Advent, FedEx, A&R, PPF e InPost hanno concordato un accordo condizionato per l’acquisto del 100% delle azioni InPost al prezzo di 15,60 euro per azione, ha affermato InPost in una nota. La transazione dovrebbe avvenire nella seconda metà del 2026. Secondo Rafał Brzoska, aiuterà l’espansione sui mercati europei.
