Ciao a tutti. Quindi ho provato a utilizzare Skrill come metodo di pagamento perché Apple Pay non funzionava per me per un ordine specifico. Ho trasferito il denaro dalla mia banca a Skrill come da istruzioni e non appena ho finalizzato l’ordine, ricevo il messaggio “impossibile completare il pagamento perché il conto è limitato”.
Ho scaricato l’app perché le recensioni dell’Apple Store sembravano soddisfacenti, ma leggere un paio di post su Reddit mi sta facendo credere di essere stato truffato.
Dire tutto questo per dire: chi può realisticamente aiutarmi in questo caso? Cassa di Risparmio? La polizia? Qualche agenzia specifica specializzata in furti/frodi online?
Per favore fatemi sapere perché tutto ciò che condividete con me potrebbe aiutarmi molto. E fammi sapere se hai qualche esperienza personale e quanto erano buone le tue possibilità di successo. Sfortunatamente mi sento davvero depresso per questo primo giorno della settimana :’)

Skrill was good untill 2 years back. Now it’s just shit. I switched to wise.
Man I knew skrill looked scammy when I downloaded it. To add, their sign up or friend referral bonus is crappy compared to revolut
So, when Apple Pay failed to work, what exactly were you trying to buy?
Skrill isn’t a scam by itself, it’s part of PaySafeCard. They probably locked your account for security reasons and in such cases, banks and payment processors tend to stay silent until they figure things out themselves or need further information from you. Just give it 1-2 weeks.
Regarding the Apple Pay issue, get yourself a different card, there are many out there like the free and SCHUFA neutral SumUp card but also as a conventional, easy to apply for credit card, Advanzia Gebührenfrei (note that it does not support direct deposit/SEPA Lastschrift from your account).
