La Procura ha pubblicato video di altri incidenti rinvenuti sui telefoni di minorenni condannati nel caso del giovane insegnante morto dopo essere stato aggredito

Giga Avaliani, a young math teacher in Tbilisi, was attacked by a group of minors outside his home in October 2025 and later died in hospital after weeks in a coma. Several minors were arrested and charged with group-inflicted grievous bodily harm resulting in death and related violent offenses. All are currently in custody.

The Prosecutor’s Office has since released video evidence recovered from the defendants’ phones showing additional organized assaults carried out by the same group in 2025. According to investigators, victims were deliberately selected, attacked by multiple participants, and the violence was filmed. Charges related to these incidents include organizing and participating in violent group actions, carrying potential long prison terms (14-16 years).
