Il modulo FedEx sembra essere destinato alle imprese poiché richiede il nome dell’azienda?

Just fill out with the details of the recipient person instead.
I don’t see where you need to fill out those 3 values you say. This is essentially a power of attorney for FedEx to handle customs for the recipient. They will then forward those charges to the recipient
I work with customs so I might help. You will want to do an „endgültige Einfuhr“ which means full duties and import VAT apply.
For the customs tariff number just check chapter 71 in this list (https://www.zolltarifnummern.de/) – the desktop website has a language option oddly missing on mobile.
