La prima volta che l’ho fatto, come ho fatto? I miei spätzle probabilmente avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di lavoro, non so se sembrano giusti. utilizzava il metodo del coltello e del tagliere.
Looks great. I prefer the sauce in an extra container so the breading doesn’t get soggy though. Next time do the east German version.

Your Jadgwurst has a very weird shape and the tomato sauce is a strange colour. The noodles are not quite correct, but acceptable.
Greetings from East Germany 🙂

You’re “Spätzle” look more like “Spatzen” which is practically the same but Spätzle are scraped off a board (and should be thin and long) while Spatzen are pressed through a sieve like instrument (making them short and thick like thick drops fallen into the water)… Which is totally fine either way.
Rest looks good at least from the top view – and if it tasted good for you you’re probably not far off of a more or less authentic one.

I’d be very happy eating this with a crisp glass of Riesling 🔥

No you didn’t do it

If the sauce touches the Schnitzel before serving, it’s a case of r/SchnitzelVerbrechen (Schnitzel Crime) as the crunchy breading turns into a soggy mess. Serve the sauce on the side. Otherwise: Visually very appealing. It seems you done did it right

anatomically accurate heart, that is.
