Ciao a tutti,
Grazie in anticipo đ

Monaco is tiny, so you can basically walk everywhere or use a bike/scooter. Location matters less than in big cities.
The Port area is super central and lively. Itâs quite touristy (especially in summer and during events), but thatâs also part of the vibe. Hercules Fitness Club is right there too if youâre into training.
When I chose my place, my priorities were:
– supermarket nearby
– nice view
– private parking
– not directly in the main tourist zone
– something modern/renovated
In Monaco though, the market is very limited. Sometimes you have to compromise on one or two things – or be patient and wait for the right place.
It really depends on what kind of atmosphere you prefer: lively and central vs quieter and more residential.
For coffee and lunch around the Port, there are plenty of casual spots and restaurants along the marina â great for people-watching and easy meetups. For going out, the Port and Casino area are the main hubs, especially in summer when everything feels very alive.
during f1 period they cars stay here. Parking in this building is super hard to get. Always need to walk towards Rascasse to get anywhere but its nice and quiet. And no sun all year round if you are facing the other side of the marina.
Hope this helps đ
This area is nice and not too noisy because thereâs no traffic but you have to be aware that because of the Grand Prix and a lot of events this area is usually busy
There is a gym where I go just in the middle of the harbour which is 3 minutes away from this area
On the harbour itâs nice to go out but I donât to know your taste
Also you have to know you donât need a car if you like walking since everything is nearby
Feel free to DM me if you need anymore informations
Wow sounds interesting. We are also considering moving there at some point in the future. I love Larvotto, it offers a mix of âold townishâ style and modern city life.
Do you consider working there or are you retiring?
Curious, what brings you to Monaco? Work or was it the F1 movie?
