Io e mio figlio siamo entrambi dipendenti dal tuo delizioso pane di segale, e fino a quando non abbiamo potuto acquistare il nostro preferito qui a Stoccolma… Sinuhe Jälkiuuni Ruisneppari. Purtroppo sembra che siano stati sospesi, quindi ora stiamo cercando un sostituto.
Il pane finlandese è difficile da trovare qui, quindi ho pensato di provare a ordinarlo suomikauppa.fie sarei molto grato se qualcuno potesse aiutarmi con un piccolo consiglio: quale marca/tipo sarebbe più vicino al nostro amato Sinuhe? (Quello che cerchiamo è la consistenza leggermente coriacea, che sia un po’ secca e umida allo stesso tempo, se ha senso?)
EDIT: Wow, grazie per così tante risposte così in fretta! Probabilmente avrei dovuto aggiungere che i marchi disponibili online sono Fazer, Vaasan e Oululainen.

Just get a selection and find your new favourite. Everyone’s opinion is personal. Make your own mind up.
If they have Ruthin Ruis 100, try those. They are softer than Sinuhe, but taste similar.
I, too, have been missing Sinuhe nepparit. Since then I’ve discovered Sitkas brand which are a pretty damn good substitute. Not exactly the same but do the job wonderfully

Sinuhe as a bakery went under in December, so the bread itself wasn’t discontinued, just all the baking of it was ceased.Â
The consistency is the product of being “jälkiuuni”, but other than that, you’ll have to find which you like best.
