It’s a fantastic system and MLRS is something Europe does not do particularly well. Definitely worth the buy.

The headline is fake. France isn’t considering the Chunmoo, it’s just a recommendation from a non-official think tank. The only system that’s officially being considered is the Indian Pinaka MLRS as a stopgap for a future french MLRS. But it’s just a thought, nothing serious yet.

And even when it becomes available, no one in Europe will buy it, they’ll keep buying Himars as usual. That’s Europe’s biggest problem.
