Ciao a tutti, sono alla prima guida in Svizzera. Quando sono tornato dal pranzo, ho trovato una multa per parcheggio sulla mia macchina. Avevo già pagato la tariffa, ma ho dimenticato di lasciare il biglietto in macchina perché non sapevo di doverlo fare. Posso presentare ricorso? Se sì, dove posso presentare ricorso? Grazie mille.

You can try to contact the police, although if you have paid you have probably automatically accepted it.
In any case, the fine is about “not exposing the ticket on the windshield”. It doesn’t matter if you have it. I appealed once (before paying) and the fine was canceled, but that was the explanation I received.
