    Renna Bianca


    Veniamo dall’Irlanda e stiamo trascorrendo una breve vacanza in Lapponia. Mi sono svegliato con questo ragazzo fuori casa nostra. Le renne bianche sono considerate rare o si vedono ovunque?

      one in 500, apparently. they hold some special value in mythology. some kind of holyness or charm.

      there’s also an old movie where a shapeshifter witch turns into a white reindeer to lure and destroy men. but it is just a movie. you have nothing to worry about.

      The winter coat tends to be on the lighter side of grey, but white or nearly white is definitely rare, although I couldn’t tell you exactly how frequently they show up.
