He used to spent a lot of time in Steinfort. My mom once saw him at the pharmacy and bought him the white powder. It’s some kind of chalk and he said that it protects him from the beams in the sky or something like that. I think he has some kind of mental health issue.
He used to sleep over at the entrance of our apartment building (Steinfort). Needed to put time-sensitive locks on the outer doors to keep him out (he blocked the entrance completely and had a terrible smell).
Unfortunately he is not accessible to talk and very aggressive. Don’t know his story either. Police says he doesn’t want to be helped.
