    Cosa dovresti fare in questa situazione?


    Il video non è mio, ma è successo qui in CH.

    Cosa dovresti fare in questa situazione per riuscire a convincere l’assicurazione a pagare i danni? (supponendo che tu sia l’auto grigia).

    Ho sempre avuto paura di trovarmi in questa situazione, come al solito è più qualcosa che ha fatto la persona dietro e non puoi controllarlo.

      I think pretty much the puncher will have to pay for everything, pretty easy to prove with this video that she was feeling threatened.

      You call the police, and follow their instructions, what’s the issue?

      Stop my car, immediately get the phone rolling with a video, try to talk with the other dude without being agressive, if he flees, catch his plate then move my car away from traffic, ask any bystander if they’re willing to be witnesses and if so if I can get their number.

      Call the cops, explain to them then call my insurance.

      Find the identity of the other one, stalk him and once he gets out of jail, I’d just
