Ministers daar kunde nog iets van zeggen, maar parlementsleden ?
Rules for thee, but not for me. Ze zouden beide beter is een jaar beerputten gaan uitscheppen.
Yeah they’re working very hard on destroying public transport.
All of you have a low wage because you don’t work hard enough and don’t deserve more. Get it?
Raoul die zaagt over de lonen van politici is zo’n “a broken clock is still right twice a day” moment.
They are working hard undermining each other, enriching each other and glueing their asses to the seats.
And the people are paying for this circus
That’s a very N-VA thing to say
Many, if not most, people are rewarded with a salary commensurate with the value they bring to a company.
The question, therefore, is : does a person spending his/her time in the Belgian Federal Parlement really bring 2 to 3 times the average gross monthly salary for full-time employment in Belgium of approximately €4,076 ?
En wie is er Jan Jambon niet beu?
The reality here is that the system is unable to support a politician that would propose strong salary or compensation cuts to other politicians.
It would be political suicide, not because you would lack public support, but because you will assure that 90% of all other politicians will be gunning for you and putting all their money and effort into destroying or sabotaging your political career, or any kind of political goals or ideas you have.
Ah dus het “gewone” werkvolk werkt niet hard dan ofzo? Als (vul job in) werken we ook hard voor het loon dat we verdienen. Maar tzal toch voor veel minder zijn. Omhooggevallen schelle hesp.
Wage is not the problem. It’s all the other benefits that are not available for employees. Politicians can change tax regulations without experiencing the consequences themselves.
