      I was thinking about Iran yesterday. I live in northern Ireland. Can’t go to buy a loaf of bread on a Sunday morning because of conflict mixing with religion.

      It made me wonder how far back we would be if we’d been bombed from the sky in modern times how far backwards it would push us.

      1 in 3 adults say they have no religion in Ireland and it’s nearly 1 in 2 when you get to the 16-29 year olds. If anything the survey proves that religion is dying. It’s a slow death but it’s a death.

      Our Catholic faith still alive and well in this beautiful country. It’s been great to see the revival amongst Gen Z.

      When the likes of my parents don’t go to mass and don’t take communion at funerals etc. then the church is fucked.
