Sono davvero confuso in questo momento. Ciò che ho fatto sul loro sito web è stato esplorare diverse posizioni di Ausbildung. Non ho mai chiesto un Termin e non ho mai dato loro il mio indirizzo email. Posso annullarlo? Sarò nei guai per non esserci?

You seem to have (accidentaly) booked this appointment. If you’re looking for a job I suggest you use this as a chance. You can cancel it if you don’t want it. (exept if you requested unemployment benefits, then it’s mandatory) . Just not coming to this (digital) appointment is not cool.
You can call them and See If they indeed sent you an e-mail. Could BE a scam and you don’t know.
If they never got your email address, how would they be able to send you a valid invitation?
It‘s most probably phishing in this case.
Never reply or click anything from a suspicious email. Call or email them through their official contact.
